Stop trading business cards. Start building alliances. Most networking events are a waste of time. Random conversations that lead nowhere. Forgotten names. Forgotten faces.
The Tribesmen Social is different. We are gathering high-performing Jewish men for a night of intentional connection. Led by Yigal Adato, this is an interactive experience designed to audit and expand your social capital through the same high-stakes frameworks he uses to train elite leaders.
Founder of Tribesmen / CEO of Leaderato
Yigal Adato does not just teach leadership. He has lived it in the trenches. Born in Istanbul and raised in the United States, Yigal's journey took him from a touring rock musician to co-founding a retail empire that generated over fifty million dollars in sales.
Despite massive financial success, Yigal hit the burnout trap. Thriving in business. Losing presence at home. That was the pivotal moment. He stopped managing his life and started leading it. Today, as the Founder of Leaderato and CEO of Tribesmen, he has coached over 350 organizations and hundreds of high performing men to unlock the potential buried under stress, inconsistency, and drift.
Yigal is a man of deep faith and continuous growth. He currently serves as the President of his Synagogue in San Diego, where he applies his leadership principles to strengthen the Jewish community. Never one to stop the inside work, Yigal is also pursuing his Master's Degree in Leadership Studies, anchoring his real world business experience with rigorous academic research.
When you walk into the Tribesmen Social, you are not walking into a networking event run by someone reading from a script. You are walking into a room shaped by a man who has built, broken, rebuilt, and come out stronger. That difference will be felt in every conversation you have that night.
This is your shot to sit in a room full of men who are playing the same game at a high level, and walk out with alliances, not business cards. Seats are limited on purpose. The room only works when the room stays small.
